stolen property38 year old Robert J. Wagner who was listed as homeless on the police report was identified as suspect in case of stolen credit cards.

Plymouth Police Officer Shelly Church investigated the stolen credit card case and found Wagner had taken articles out of the purse of a subject he visited at the St. Joseph Medical Center in Plymouth on July 9th.

He was then observed at several Plymouth business locations making fraudulent transactions with the credit cards.

During the investigation Wagner was discovered to have left the Plymouth area and had been seen in Knox.  The Knox Police Department was advised and located the suspect.  They held him at the officer’s request on local charges.

Robert Wagner was transported to Marshall County Jail and booked in for Fraud and held on a $3,000 cash bond and for Failure to Appear and Receiving Stolen Property with NO BOND.
