Monday morning about 11:30 Plymouth Police were dispatched to the area of Liberty Street and Pennsylvania Avenue for a male subject exposing himself.
Officer John Weir arrived on the scene and located the subject, 70 year old Randall G. Wade who has a Warana Drive address. He was still exposed when police arrived. Mr. Wade was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Public Nudity and held on a $250 cash bond.
