news handcuffA traffic stop by Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department resulted in the arrest of a Plymouth woman for driving after being adjudged a Habitual Traffic Violator.

Just before 7 PM on Friday, July 12th the officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of North Plum Street and West Monroe Street.   The driver of the vehicle, 35 year old Stacey M. Snyder was arrested and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
