A traffic stop conducted at 520 West Jefferson Street in Plymouth at Pak-A-Sak gas station on Saturday ended with the arrest of a Bourbon man.
City Officer Emenhiser discovered that driver, 22 year old Mauricio S. Adkins was Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated. He was later transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with OWI and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
