Sunday evening about 9:45, Plymouth Police Officer Tim Taberski initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the Burger King parking lot on North Michigan Street.
During the investigation it was learned the driver, 53 year old Dawn Bryant of Knox had a drivers license status of suspended with a prior. During the investigation the officer also located open alcohol containers inside the vehicle.
Ms Bryant was transported to the St Joseph Hospital lab for chemical testing and then placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated and Driving While Suspended with a Prior. She was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
