MugShot_Green Thomas 7-12-19On Friday, July 12, the Division of Family and Children and Detective Sergeant Les McFarland with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department went to the residence of Thomas Green, 16,975 10B Road in Plymouth to speak with him concerning an ongoing criminal investigation.

During the investigation Detective McFarland observed what was believed to be marijuana in plain view.

62 year old Thomas Green was arrested, transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Possession of Marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor`s Office for review.
