The Marshall County Sheriff`s Department recently obtained information of alleged inappropriate sexual contact between Marlin Slabaugh, age 42, Bremen and a juvenile.
Detective Les McFarland with the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department started an investigation and on Tuesday, July 09, arrested Marlin Slabaugh and booked him into the Marshall County Jail. He is currently being held on a $1,500 cash bond.
