Officer Wallace with the Plymouth Police Department responded to a dispatch for a domestic disturbance at 305 Clark Street on Monday, July 8th just before 11 p.m.
After conducting an investigation it was discovered that 19 year old Kegan Thomas of the Clark Street address had been drinking. He was arrested for Minor Consumption, transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $500 cash bond.
