On June 16, 2019, Ashley Buschman reported to County Police Officer Blake Bennett, that someone had stolen her credit card and then used the stolen credit card at Wal-Mart in Plymouth.
The Marshall County Sheriff`s Department then started investigating the incident. Their investigation determined that the suspect was Timothy A. Stevens, Jr.
On Tuesday, July 02, Stevens was located by Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff`s Department. During a joint investigation between the Fulton County Sheriff`s Department and Marshall County Sheriff`s Department, Timothy A. Stevens, Jr, age 38, was arrested for Theft, a Level 6 Felony.
Timothy A. Stevens, Jr. was transported to The Marshall County Jail and booked in for Theft. The bond for Timothy A. Stevens is $1,500 cash.
