Officer Paul Stamper stopped a moped about 9:45 in the evening on June 28th in the 1000 block of North Plum Street.
During the traffic stop 57 year old Jorge Figueroa-Espinoza of Plymouth was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He also had an outstanding civil warrant through Marshall County.
Mr. Figueroa-Espinoza was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for OWI and the outstanding warrant.
