public intoxPlymouth Police were dispatched to West Washington and third Streets at 10 Saturday night for the report of a male subject that was causing a disturbance and was lying in the road.

Officer Arnold located the male subject in an alley near the intersection of West Washington Street and Second Street.  He was identified as 27 year old Zachary Graham of Rose Road in Plymouth.

Graham was arrested and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for public intoxication and held on a $500 cash bond.
