arrested_handcuffsOn Sunday, June 30th at approximately just after 2 a.m. Plymouth police officers were dispatched to 203 North Michigan Street for a report of domestic situation where a male threatened to shoot the victim.

City officers arrived on the scene and it was later discovered that 33 year old Miguel A. Lopez of Plymouth had battered the victim, criminally confined her and threatened to kill her.

Lopez was later transported to the Marshall County Jail and he was charged with Domestic Battery, Intimidation, and Criminal Confinement.
