MugShot_Coldiron DannyOn Sunday, June 30th, just before 2 AM, Officer Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop on a beige 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer in the area of Peach and 13th Roads.

The driver of the vehicle, 30 year old Danny R. Coldiron II of Knox was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was taken for a certified blood draw and proved to be almost two times the legal limit of alcohol. 

Coldiron was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15 or more. His cash bond was set at $1,500 cash.
