The driver involved in a crash on Saturday, June 29th at 9:45 p.m. was arrested following an investigation by Officer Ayala with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
County police responded to West Lake Avenue and Meadow Lane for the property damage accident.
Officer Ayala located 69 year old William Creech of Plymouth who was the driver in the accident.
Creech was offered the standardized field sobriety testing and then transported to the hospital for a chemical test which showed him to be .15% or higher.
William Creech was then transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Operating While Intoxicated and Operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-Endangerment. He was held on a $1500 cash bond.
