Red Rock sign_1The report of a domestic dispute at the Red Rock Inn at 2550 North Michigan Street in Plymouth sent officers to the scene about 1 a.m. Thursday, June 27th

Officer Paul Stamper arrived on the scene and began an investigation. At the conclusion to his investigation, 34 year old Anthony Loftin and 43 year old Christie Kush were arrested for possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. 

22 year old Joshua Lackland was found to have an outstanding warrant through St. Joseph County.

All three subjects were from South Bend and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.

Loftin was held on a $3,000 cash bond while Kush was given a $1,500 cash bond. Lackland was held with no bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
