The Marshall County Long-Term Recovery Operations in partnership with New Song Church will host a community picnic on the green-space in Centennial Park adjacent to the tennis courts in Plymouth on Wednesday, July 3rd.

This free, family event starts at 6 p.m. with children’s entertainment, music, food trucks and more. At 9 p.m. there will be a short video on a large portable screen that will tell the story of the Marshall County 2018 Flood recovery, followed by a veteran’s honor program and the fireworks start at 9:45 p.m.

This event is a tribute to the survivors, first responders and volunteers who gave help and hope after the 2018 flood. This program will also honor our community’s veterans for their service.

Registered flood survivors are invited to come early for free tickets for food and t-shirts. First come, first served!

The rain date for this event is July 4, same location and same times.
