MugShot_casey kantorowskiOn Saturday, June 15th at approximately 12:45 in the morning, Officer Frick with the Marshall County Police Department observed a vehicle with its brake lights on stopped in the eastbound lane of U.S. 6 just east of Queen Road.

Checking on the vehicle it was discovered that the driver, 30 year old Casey Kantorowski of South Bend was intoxicated.  He was offered a standardized field sobriety test and was then transported to the hospital for a chemical test.

Kantorowski was then transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for OWI .15% or higher, OWI on a Controlled Substance, OWI-Endangering and Possession of Marijuana.  He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
