On Wednesday, June 12, at approximately 9:50 p.m. an officer with the Marshall County Police Department arrested 60 year old Dennis B. Fuchs of Monterey following a traffic stop on State Road 110 near Peach Road.
Fuchs was lodged in the County Jail for Operating a Vehicle After Receiving a Lifetime Suspension, Possession of Cocaine or a Narcotic Drug, Legend Drug Deception, and False Informing-Hindering Law Enforcement.
