motorcycle-crashA single vehicle accident Sunday evening resulted in a Plymouth woman being transported to Memorial Hospital in South Bend for injuries she sustained in the crash.

Just after 5 p.m., Trudy K. Stearns was driving a 2017 Harley Davidson FLS Motorcycle on Michigan Road.  As she attempted to make turn onto 4A Road Stearns did not complete turn from Michigan Road correctly.

The motorcycle ran off of the south side of 4A Road and struck a steel pole. The impact of the crash resulted in Stearns being ejected from the motorcycle.  The collision resulted in damages to motorcycle.

Trudy Stearns was as transported by E.M.S. to Memorial Hospital for treatment and evaluation for  complaints of pain in her back.
