public intoxPlymouth Police Officers were dispatched to Centier Bank in reference to an intoxicated male subject on Friday, June 7th just before 1 a.m. 

Dispatch stated the male subject had been in the road and almost hit twice by cars. 

Officer Paul Stamper made contact with the individual and found him to be in an extremely intoxicated state.

68 year old Donald Delap of Plymouth was not cooperative with officers and was arrested for public intoxication and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
