MugShot_terrelle jacksonOn Saturday, June 8th, at 3:51 in the morning Officer Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop on a red 1997 Honda Civic in the area of North Plum Street and West Jefferson Street.

The driver of the vehicle, 21 year old Terrelle S. Jackson of Plymouth was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test and showed to be over the legal limit of alcohol.

Jackson was then taken to the Marshall County Jail and processed for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .08 or more and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
