Marshall County Sheriff Matthew Hassel, announced Monday that the Indiana Sheriff’s Association Scholarship Committee recently selected Garrett Tharp of Plymouth as one of the forty (40) $750.00 scholarships awarded to qualifying students throughout the state.
Garrett Tharp is a 2018 graduate of Plymouth High School and will be attending Ancilla College this fall to study Criminal Justice.
The Indiana Sheriff’s Association Scholarship Fund was established for the purpose of receiving, investing and dispensing of funds to provide college scholarships to qualified students who are committed to pursuing an education and career in the law enforcement field.
