On April 11, 2019, Chavez Body Shop reported a burglary and theft of a business, located in the 14,000 block of Lincoln Highway. County Officer Bennett took the Burglary and Theft report.
On June 01, 2019, Officer Ryan Richie with the Plymouth Police Department arrested Adam Glassman for a theft, which occurred in Plymouth.
The Marshall County Sheriff`s Department continued obtaining information and evidence regarding the burglary and theft at the Chavez Body Shop.
The evidence and information obtained was presented to the Marshall County Prosecutor`s Office and on June 28 an arrest warrant was obtained for the arrest of Adam Glassman, age 39, for Burglary as a level 5 felony and Theft, as a level 6 Felony. The bond for Adam Glassman was set at $20,000 cash. Adam Glassman is currently held in the Marshall County Jail.
