marijuana-cuffsA Plymouth man was arrested on Monday, May 13th following a traffic stop at Jefferson and Fifth Streets.

Just before 11 p.m. Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction and during the course of the stop it was determined that 34 year old Glenn E. Manns was in possession of suspected marijuana and also drug paraphernalia.

Manns was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $500 cash bond.
