arrested_handcuffsFriday evening, May 3rd Plymouth Police were dispatched to 2505 North Oak Drive, Walmart, for a reported theft that had occurred.

Officer Finn found the suspect, 36 year old Troy A. Royster, Jr. of Sacramento attempting to leave.  He was able to conduct a traffic stop in the parking lot and after a short investigation transported Royster to the Marshall County Jail.  He was charged with Theft and Possession of Marijuana and held on a $2,250 cash bond.
