The Plymouth Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Monday evening at 7:30 in the second floor meeting room of City Hall.
Agenda for the meeting includes Craig Cultice from Tripod Investments seeking a variant for a single-family home at 505 North Walnut Street in Plymouth while Ramon Moran needs a special use to build a two-family residential duplex at 414 West LaPorte Street. If that is approved he will seek a variance of development standard for reduce the front and rear year setbacks.
The BZA will also hear the request of Mike Umbaugh for a variance of use at 309 West Jefferson Street to allow a single family home or duplex and then CTE is seeking a developmental standard variance to create a parking lot within 4 feet of the southern property line at 2121 Walter Glaub Drive.
