marijuana-arrest-handcuffsOn Thursday, May 2nd, Officer Finn with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near Novelty and North Michigan Streets.

After a brief investigation, 18 year old Alexis Rosas of Plymouth was placed under arrest for the first offense of Possession of Marijuana.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $500 cash bond
