marijuana-arrest-handcuffs23 year old Nadia Antonia-Marie Troxel of South Bend was driving on Michigan Street on Wednesday evening when she was stopped by Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department on a traffic infraction.

During the stop, Troxel was found to be in possession of marijuana. She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond.
