A Plymouth teen was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on Wednesday, May 1st after he refused a drug screen at the Marshall County Probation Department.
About 10:45 in the morning, Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer was dispatched to the Probation Department to pick up 19 year old William D. Johnston Jr. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond.
