Plymouth Police were dispatched to the Northgate Trailer Park on North Michigan Street Monday afternoon about 12:45 for a domestic battery complaint.
Officer John Weir investigated the case and arrested 26 year old Omar Juan Herrera of the North Michigan Street address for Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Child. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
