MugShot_tyler southwell 4-29-19A 26 year old Plymouth man was arrested on Saturday, April 27th after county police conducted a traffic stop in the Kroger parking lot. 

About 12:46 AM, Officer Wozniak with Marshall County Sheriff’s Department stop a black 2003 Mitsubishi and found the driver of the vehicle, 26 year old Tyler N. Southwell to be operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Southwell was taken to the Plymouth Hospital for a certified test.  He showed to be over two times the legal limit of alcohol. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15 or more and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering.  He was held on a $3,000 cash bond.
