MugShot_elizabeth jorgenson 4-29-19A Walkerton woman was arrested in the early morning hour of Saturday, April 27th after being stopped by Officer Ayala with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.

Just after midnight Officer Ayala initiated a traffic stop in the area of U.S. 6 and Sage Road.   During the course of the traffic stop he found the driver to be under the influence of alcohol.  54 year old Elizabeth Catherine Jorgenson was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for OIW with a BAC of .08 or more and OWI Endangering.  Her cash bond was set at $1,500 and paid at 12:15 on April 28th.  She was released with a May 14th court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
