MugShot_bradley townsend4-29-19On Monday, April 29th just after midnight officers from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department were called to the Pilot Gas Station at 10619 9A Road in Plymouth to check on an unsafe driver who had reportedly almost hit and caused a vehicle to go off the roadway.

Officer Ayala found the driver of the vehicle who was identified as 24 year old Bradley Townsend of Madison, WI.

During the investigation, Townsend was found to be under the influence of alcohol.   He was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Legend Drug Deception, Operating While Intoxicated Endangering and Operating with a BAC of .15% or more.   Townsend was held on a $4,500 cash bond and given a court date of May 14th
