MCEDC_logoBack by popular demand by Marshall County businesses, the 3rd annual “Made in Marshall County” event will directly address business needs by finding and engaging with future employees. The event will give them the chance to showcase good jobs and excellent salaries, providing a reason for students to remain in Marshall County.

“Made in Marshall County” will bring businesses and schools together on April 23rd from 8:30 – 2:30 p.m. at the Swan Lake Resort and Conference Center. This unique event showcases local business to students in a tradeshow venue, giving them the chance to learn more about businesses, and maybe even find a great internship or job opportunity.

This year, nearly 300 high school students representing 7 local school districts will be attending the event. That includes John Glenn, Culver, Triton, Bremen, Plymouth, LaVille, and Argos. The event will also feature 31 businesses from across Marshall County—which is more participating businesses than ever before. Businesses will represent a wide variety of industries including food processing, paper packaging, automotive equipment, medical manufacturing, and much more.
