arrested_handcuffsA pair from Valparaiso were arrested Wednesday night after Plymouth Police were dispatched to the Plymouth Walmart for a suspected theft.

About 11 p.m. Officer Richey was told by Walmart Loss Prevention that a male subject was concealing items on his person.

The Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to Walmart in reference to Walmart loss prevention advised they have a white male subject concealing items on his body.

After an investigation, 45 year old James E. Jones was arrested for Theft, Dealing Methamphetamine and Possession of Marijuana.  Also arrested was 39 year old Tiffany A. Alexander for Theft and Possession of Methamphetamine.

Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on $3,000 cash bonds.

The Plymouth Police Department was assisted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
