LifePLex_DanceAcademy_Dance Camp2019The LifePlex Dance Academy is offering scholarships to their Dance Camp.

The scholarships have been made available through a $4,900 grant from the Indiana Arts Commission and will allow adults and children the opportunity to experience the many benefits of dance.  The scholarships are not income based.

The Dance Camp is a five day sampler of classes for tap, hip hop, ballet and acrodance for anyone pre-school age through adults.  The classes will run Monday, April 8th through Thursday, April 11th at 4:30 p.m. and continuing through the evening. -2333 extension 8117 for shoe and other camp information.

The art and activity of dance affords many benefits from physical fitness, to dance art expression, to therapy.  A primary goal of this unique, after-school program is to attract students of every ability.

The fifth day of camp, Tuesday, April 16th, there will be a performance showcasing what was learned at 6:30 p.m. Friends and family are encouraged to attend.

All participants will also receive a camp t-shirt.
