Officer McFarland with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to a traffic accident in the area of US 6 and 1C Road on Thursday, March 21st at 4:20 a.m.
During the investigation, the driver, 25 year old Sean David Hedger of Walkerton was found to be impaired and transported to the hospital for a chemical test.
Hedger was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated and Possession of Marijuana and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
