On Thursday, March 21st, at approximately 9:00 PM an Officer with the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of US 30 and King Road.
After the investigation, Officer McFarland arrested 39 year old Sean Russell of Valparaiso for driving while a habitual traffic violator.
Russell was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle after being Adjudged a Habitual Traffic Violator. He was held on a $3,000 cash bond.
