OWI_Drinking and DrivingOfficer Smith with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Chicago man on Thursday night after investigating a single vehicle crash.

About 9:45 county officers responded to a crash at Lincoln Highway and Pioneer Drive.

The driver of the vehicle, 71 year old Terry W. Parker was transported to St. Joseph Hospital in Plymouth with non-life-threatening injuries.  During the investigation it was discovered that Parker had operated the vehicle while intoxicated.  He was found to have a Blood Alcohol Content of .26.

Parker was lodged in the Marshall County Jail or OWI with a vehicle of .15% or more.
