Tuesday morning, March 19th the Kroger stored called the Plymouth Police Department in reference to a shoplifter they had stopped leaving the store without paying for items.
86 year old Sally Ann Clarke of Plymouth was placed into handcuffs and transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Theft.
