The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning beginning at 9:30 in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.
Agenda for the meeting includes a decision on the purchase of vehicles for the Sheriff’s Department and consideration of an out-of-state travel request by the sheriff along with an intergovernmental agreement for housing inmates is other county jails when overcrowding happens.
Jonathon Leist, the Culver Town Manager will be requesting an annexation and Ward Byers from Community Corrections will be requesting to apply for a grant.
Ty Adley, the county Plan Director will presenting an alley vacation in Teegarden and an amendment to the County ordinance for fences, hedges and walls.
County Emergency Management Director Clyde Avery will give his quarterly report and seek approval of the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan. Filling out the rest of the meeting will be the County Attorney report, County Auditor report and Commissioner items.
The commissioner meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are always welcome.
