Officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to an accident on North Michigan Street in the area of Little Caesars Thursday morning just before noon. The vehicle involved fled into the Northgate Trailer Park.
Arriving on the scene, Officer John Weir obtained a description of the vehicle and located it and the driver at 1680 North Michigan Street.
The driver, 55 year old Serafin Gonzalez Aguilar of lot 165 was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Operating Without a License and Failure to Stop after an Accident resulting in damages. He was held on a $250 cash bond.
