owi-arrestFriday morning about 12:30, Officer Finn with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that had gone off the roadway on Michigan Road north of Veteran’s Parkway.

Following a brief investigation, the driver, 30 year old Joely Kay Alexander of Plymouth was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol content above .15%.

Ms. Alexander was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
