warrant-arrestLast Thursday morning Plymouth Police Officer Steve DeLee received information that there was a suspect in the area of Center and Garro Streets that had an active warrant.   The officer was able to catch up to the suspect on Michigan Street as he pulled into the Red D Mart lot.    54 year old Albert Graham of Culver was placed into handcuffs and transported to Marshall County Jail on a Dealing Warrant which had a $100,000 cash bond.  Marijuana was located in the vehicle and Graham was also charged with Possession of Marijuana with a $1,000 cash bond.

32 year old Charles A. Vest of Akron was arrested Friday afternoon at 4:45 by Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department.

Mr. Vest was located at 212 North Michigan Street and had an outstanding warrant from Kosciusko County.  He was taken into custody and held in the Marshall County Jail for K County.

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
