arrestsA traffic stop conducted Friday afternoon, March 8th by Officer Finn with the Plymouth Police Department ended with two people being arrested.

The driver of the vehicle, 21 year old Cashmere Labore Witt of South Bend was arrested for Driving While Suspended with a Prior and the passenger in the vehicle, 23 year old Kalin Joseph Lord of Plymouth was arrested for Possession of Narcotics and Felony-Obstruction of Justice.

Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail. Whitt was held on a $750 cash bond while Lord’s cash bond was set at $3,000.  Whitt was releases on Sunday afternoon with NO JUDICIAL REVIEW and Lord paid the cash bond and was released just before 10 p.m.  Both have court dates of April 16th in Marshall Superior Court II.
