The world renowned American Children’s author, Theodor Seuss Geisel birthday was celebrated on Saturday March 2nd. Geisel is celebrated for writing and illustrating more than 60 books under the pen name Doctor Seuss. Miller’s Assisted Living celebrated by welcoming one of his well-known book character’s – THE CAT IN THE HAT – (played by employee Becky Hooley).
THE CAT IN THE HAT visited with each residents and passed out packages of goldfish crackers during the visit. Staff enjoyed having their photo taken with the celebrity also.
