On Friday, February 1st, just after 9:00 PM, Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a white 2002 Oldsmobile passenger car in the area of Michigan and 2A Road.
The driver of the vehicle, 34 year old Kourtney Gibbs was found to be operating a vehicle with a driver`s license status of suspended-prior. He was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest through Pulaski County.
Gibbs was taken to the Marshall County Jail and processed for Driving While Suspended – prior and held on his warrant for Pulaski County.
