Monday evening about 7:30, Officer Laffoon with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop on U.S. 30 west of Plymouth for an equipment violation and expired license plates on the vehicle.
Marshall County was assisted by the Plymouth Police K9 which alerted to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle.
Methamphetamine was recovered from the vehicle and 35 year old Frank Joseph Andert Jr. of North Liberty was lodged in the Marshall County Jail Possession of Methamphetamine.
