Officer Matt Schnaible with the Bremen Police Department arrested a South Bend man Tuesday night.
20 year old David Cannon was arrested at a residence in the 400 block of East Maple Street for Battery, Disorderly Conduct and Trespass.
Cannon was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $750 cash bond.
