On Tuesday, February 19, about 5:15 in the evening, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a 911 call reporting a white utility van north bound from Fulton County on US 31 that kept driving off the road.
At 5:25pm Marshall County Officer’s report locating the vehicle on US 31 at 14C Road going 100mph north bound in the south bound lane.
Plymouth Police Officers deployed Stop Sticks at US 31 and 9A Road and Marshall County Police Officer’s deployed Stop Sticks at US 31 and Veterans Parkway.
Using a rolling road block police officers were able to get the van stopped at US 31 and 5A Road at 5:33pm.
At that time Officers determined that the operator was suffering from a medical condition and EMS was dispatched to the scene.
No arrest was made and no injuries were reported.
